Oral sessions - proposals closed.
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Presentation Format:
Each oral presentation is allocated 20 minutes for the talk followed by 10 minutes for discussion. Presenters are expected to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to accompany their talk. The session will be moderated by a session chair, who will ensure proper time management and guide the discussion.
Slide Submission:
Presenters must submit their PowerPoint presentation in advance before the session to the organizers to ensure a smooth technical setup and avoid delay.
Attendance and Timing:
Presenters are requested to arrive at their session at least 15 minutes in advance and introduce themselves to the session chair. Please ensure your talk fits within the time limits to allow for discussion and smooth session flow.
Poster sessions - proposals closed.
Poster Format:
Posters must be printed in A1 size (height: 84.1 cm / 33.1 in; width: 59.4 cm / 23.4 in) in portrait (vertical) orientation).
Poster Session Format:
The poster session is a typical format where posters are displayed on boards in a hall, and attendees walk around viewing the posters and discussing with the researchers standing by their posters. The presentation of each poster will be led by a session chair, who will introduce the author and lead the discussion.
Presentation Time:
Each presenter will have 5 minutes for their presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
Setup:
Presenters are required to mount their posters on the designated poster boards before their assigned presentation session. Poster patches will be provided on-site to assist with the setup.
Attendance:
Participants are required to be present at their posters for the full 90-minute poster session, according to the programme: https://imosc.eu/index.php?page=programme
PDF Version Required:
To support visibility of the presentations throughout the congress, all poster authors are required to send a PDF version of their poster, which will be projected on the screens during their talk and during coffee breaks. Please email the PDF file to info@imosc.eu by July 27th, 2025.
On-Site Printing Option:
For your convenience, the organizing committee offers on-site poster printing services. If you wish to have your poster printed by us, please send the PDF version to info@imosc.eu by July 27th, 2025. The cost for this service is 40 EUR, payable upon collection at the conference venue.
